About the programme
An introductory programme aimed at providing learners with a fundamental understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry — the first step into a sector that ranges from five-star hotels to cruise lines.
The Extended Diploma adds a supervised Practical Training Internship of at least four months, so graduates leave with both a qualification and real industry experience.
Progression
Progression to the CTH Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management, or supervisory roles in hotels, resorts and tourism.
