About the programme
A substantive management programme covering rooms division, food and beverage, customer service management, finance and global tourism and hospitality.
Broadly equivalent to the first year of a bachelor’s degree: a pathway to the CTH Level 5 Advanced Diploma and to credit entry into bachelor programmes at selected universities.
